I have probably contacted customer service fewer than ten times in the last thirty years.  Without exception I was connected by phone with very little wait time, and my question/issue was handled quickly and satisfactorily.  I have found them to be incredibly helpful the few times I contacted them.

 I've always had good to very good experiences with customer service at QVC.  Sometimes when there is a problem, it's been my experience in life that one of the two parties may just be having a bad day and if that is the customer service rep, a little grace typically goes a long way and  if it's not the representative, well . . .
