For items that require dry ice or some type of expedited shipping, the vendor typically prints labels on Monday and ships on Tuesday or Wednesday via UPS 2-Day Air so the item will reach the customer on Thursday or Friday (avoiding the potential for the item to sit anywhere very long and ensuring delivery before the weekend). I honestly don't think you need to worry; these processes have been in place for a long time and are set up this way for multiple reasons. I hope everything goes smoothly with your order—try to be excited about something delicious on its way to you.
