There was one order that showed on my order page as being shipped. I never received it and UPS never received it. I finally had to contact QVC. I sent emails to social which always got action. Now they never respond! Then I called CS and waited for thirty minutes for a person. A replacement order was placed but who knows? I still am waiting on an item now two weeks and counting. I am sorry I ever ordered it. I should have ordered it from Amazon where it would have been delivered in a day or two and had there been a problem Amazon would call me within seconds if I requested. And I would receive a refund or replacement quickly. I am really ordering less and less from QVC because it is just too much effort. Very sad to see this business ignore customer service as they hire more people to fix all of the other problems.

I TOTALLY AGREE!! ITA!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MYSELF AND SAY THE SAMETHING! WON'T ORDER FROM QVC!!!

I have not encountered QVC's problems. In fact, I'm expecting my most recent order tomorrow. I knew when I ordered I didn't need rushed delivery of these summer PJ's quickly, but when they were shipped from the Ontario warehouse to me in southern Florida, I wondered when they'd arrive.
Right now they are just a few miles from my home and delivery should be tomorrow as promised! Fingers crossed we don't have massive street flooding, but QVC doesn't cause that or have a way to prevent it.

I may be misunderstanding but first, you state you sent emails to the social team and received no response. How long ago? I receive a response every time within 48 hours.
You also said they are sending a replacement. Sorry, I don't understand the problem. It sounds resolved for the most part. You may even end up with two of the same item. Unfortunately, and this can happen anywhere, even Amazon, an order gets lost.
QVC has never been known for quick shipping. So, yes, use Amazon in the future if you are not able to wait a couple weeks for your order. By the way, I have had a couple items lost by Amazon and for the items I asked to have replaced, it took over a week to receive a replacement. Other items they cancelled on me.

I received four clothing items yesterday, all delivered by UPS and shipped by QVC on the fourth day after I placed the order. No complaints here.

To clarify, two emails sent to social AM and PM, no response. This was unusual since prior inquiries for other questions were responded to within an hour. The customer service wait time on phone is too long. Yes problem resolved but it took too long and my point was customer service is most important if you want buyers to return. You can offer five hundred different jeans in various styles but if a customer has difficulty getting answers they will likely go elsewhere. I too have had few problems with orders.. when there is a problem communication needs to be A+ not C-. Odd so many seem to think hey, no problem here. Glad you are all so happy...buy more!

I haven't had to call CS often. I haven't had issues. I think alot has to do with the day of the week and time of day?
When I do it is because usually the warehouse sent the wrong size, color, item, defective, or damaged or my recent annoyance some one else's order. That seems to happen alot more to me.

Think I agree with someone who said they think it is the warehouse workers I sent back an item for a smaller size clearly put an L size to replace the XL that I was returning. See that I am getting a 5X outrageous someone doesn't take their job serious called customer service the woman saw that a 5X was being shipped she tried to change it or stopped it and couldn't and it hasn't even been shipped,there should be a way that they could make changes with the warehouse.
Been with QVC over 30 years was younger back then and now older and more so then ever looking for the C in QVC "Convenience ".
