I've had to contact customer service 3 times recently one time it was a 40 min hold time and it nevr used to be this bad. 

Anybody else experienceing. I just tried to do live chat and called on a problem and no live chat and on hold forever. 

I've been a customer 30 plus years and sadly have quit ordering from here because of these issues. 

Curious if anybody else was having problem.

I tried 3 times last evening. Each time I held on for 15 to 20 minutes. I finally gave up.  called 10 oclock this morning and got right through. Anytime their is a free shipping and the 20%coupon it is hard to get through.

@Cinkim. @Rosebud 06.  Call first thing in the morning.  Perhaps the social team can help you.  Email them here and include order number if your problem is an order.

But has anybody else noticed qvc going down hill. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I just cancelled all my auto delivery items and and done. 

I won't be ordering for them again or at the very least for a long time. their customer service has gone down hill terrribly. 

I'm just done.

I had my lost return solved by going to the ladies on the social team, it was solved in 15 min, I highly recommed them.
