I just want to say how great customer service was yesterday. I cannot remember the reps name but she was wonderful. I ordered the TSV Kitchen Aid mixer and my post office won't accept it because it is heavy so she is sending me a replacement to my house. I told her she had been so helpful. I just wanted to give customer service a big shout out because most people complain about them.

I had my first QVC customer service experience just today. Her name was Sonya and she was terrific. I sent my neice an Anybody Sleep Set for her birthday but all she got was the top. No pants. Sonya immediatley put in for a replacement to be sent expressed shipping and said to be sure to call back if only a top is sent again as it coulld mean an issue with Anybody's packaging of the sets sent to their warehouse.
Her voice and demeanor was so pleasant. I am impressed.

I have always received excellent customer service. The CS reps show interest in my needs or questions and work with me to resolve issues. When something is complicate, I try to send a thank you message on these forums, specifically naming the rep.
