So I placed an order which never arrived. I was disappointed that the order was NEVER going to arrive, but the rep Antoinette was so pleasant about it.  Just a little thank-you to her.  She will process a refund because the item has sold out.

@just4me  I am very sorry for the disappointment but will see that  Antoinette is recognized.    Thank you for taking the time to share.
