Hi @MalteseMomma I tried again to cancel and it says canceled and a short time later reverts to In Process. I am going to send a request to have both orders canceled.

.as of today 5/27 it is still ITP   ..............

 

This is why I cancelled ALL of my many Auto-Deliveries  a short time ago.........  (problems with dates of delivery)

 

Sadly,I don't trust this company anymore.

Hi @MalteseMomma I am so sorry, the orders keep reverting back to In Porcess. I ellevated the issue yesterday for it to be researched however it could take a day or two for it to be researched. Your orders have been commented that you tried to cancel so if they do ship you will not be charged return postage.
