While I have a few returns I am waiting to process, could you please check a much older one being A382583 and one I don't want the second easy pay to go through 

#A387726.  Both were returned immediately after receiving without opening.  Only requesting merchandise credit.  Could not get through on the phone.

I have processed both returns as we had return confirmation from our shipping partner. The refunds have been processed as they were paid.Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the returns to appear.
