Mods, can you help me please? Serious cookie concerns!

I ordered the frozen David's cookie dough TSV for immediate ship.  Tracking says it shipped 5/19 and then nothing else.  Are they missing?  Thawing out somewhere?  Please help me find my cookies--serious cookie withdrawal here.

I know cookie withdrawal! it looks like they have shipped but there have been no updated scans since the 18th. I am concerned that they would be defrosted by now. I have ordered a no cost replacement and look for your cookies on or about the 29th.

Unfortunately I had the same problem when I ordered Corky's bbq drumsticks.  It was really no fault of anyone.  It was just the circumstances.  I was tracking the delivery and it seemed they were stuck on the truck for 3 days because they had to close the post office due to problems with the virus. They arrived defrosted.  Of course QVC refunded me no questions asked.  Good luck.  I hope they arrive In Good shape.
