I ordered A306341 and received a bag with the invoice, and no Linea blouse. I called CS, and was sent out another one Yesterday the package arrived containing a customer return badly wrinkled and perfume smell. 

 

I just called CS, and talked with a very uncaring lady that just said, Okay, well, you can return the item, or wait for an exchange when we receive it . Nothing else. 

 

I wanted this top, but I am not going to go through this process. I will just get my refund

yes I had that service once too .

She said just return it , no sorry , apology or anything . Surprised when this happened as QVC are supposed to have good customer service .

I  mainly oder online so avoid it as much as I can .

Yesterday I received a call from Customer Service because I had reported one of the fragrance bottles from a harry slatkin set as is was missing--originally they said they would replace it--yesterday they told me that they couldnt replace it cause they come in sets and they cant break up a set so return the whole item--I said I couldnt cause I was already using it--so then she told well you got it as is at a $10 discount so at least you got 3 out of 4 bottles--so more or less it was too bad---so guess what too bad I am no longer ordering from QVC after spending thousands and thousands of dollars over the years I guess my customer loyalty doesnt matter--fine with me I will go else where to shop--YOU LOSE!!!--SO RUDE AND UNCARING!!!

@Tissyanne I think after QVC sent you 2 orders in error (1 incorrect and 1 used) they should have offered to send you out the correct blouse express shipping withou waiting for you to return the used one. If you opt for a refund make sure they refund all shipping charges (to & back).

I agree with you 100%.  After the issue I had and I spoke with 4 different customer care-less agents in one months time, I knew it was time for the most part to take my business elsewhere.  I worked for an airline in the reservation offce (call center) and we were monitored randomly for good customer service.  I am thinking that QVC doesn't monitor their employees enough so that's why CS is lacking.

I agree with your last sentence.  They don't monitor their CS staff.  They probably act as independent agents.  The same thing is happening in traffic.  Since there are no police around to catch them people are driving any way they want.

I had to call their customer service number because I was locked out of my account and couldnt remember my password. I talked to a total of 3 different people. The first girl I spoke with was very helpful in trying to reset my password but we got disconnected. The 2nd person I spoke with was a gentleman and he had no idea how to fix it and apologized and suggested I set up a new I.D

The 3rd person I spoke to, a young girl was very RUDE and told me she reset the password and I didn't have to do anything and then asked me if'I got it'. And then said Goodbye. That was the first time I have ever had someone speak to me with such rudeness, as if I was inconveniencing her.

I wish I caught her name, I would of asked to talk to her supervisor and tell her how rude she was.

It was last week. My problem was resolved but the Customer Care person was not very nice.
