Customer Service PLEASE HELP ME !!

I placed an order for the IHKWIP (A612676) Crossbody purse on 8/5/23 and it"s still "PROCESSING" but says it will ship on 8/15/23.    Well today is 8/14/23 and still no shipping info. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME AND SHIP THIS PURSE?  PLEASE !!!

@Nitefall   Sometimes when items come directly from the vendor the notification on the Q website is delayed unfortunately.  This happened to me with a pair of Earth shoes.  I got no updates & one day they just showed up delivered.  Did you call Customer Service?  Perhaps you can get more specific info regarding your order.

I don't think you'd see shipping info the day before it ships.  I never have.

Customer serivice will not help you until the estimated arrival date on your order status has passed.  Then you can call t hem and inquire,  Ask then if not stuck somewhere, or see if they can send you a new one (if it is actually in stock) some CS personnel you have to ask them questions and push or they will just say wait.  One CS personnel told me when I had this problem was they want them to not send it up the channel until a week after is was suppose to arrive.  I don't wait I call as soon as that day has passed and lots of time it is thier system error.  This happens to me far too often
