Customer Service Help

Can't chat, phone, or email it seems.......wondering where my Return credit is??? It's close to $300 And they are still debuting CC for a return!! What can I do, write a letter?  Help

Thank you, they got right back to me....but when I go to my Account and click on Returns....I get a pop up inviting me to apply for a credit card......always. Since I find this shady, I won't order again until I am allowed to see Everthing in my account...
