I called CS 40 mins. Ago. The rep talked to me and said she would be right back to help me. I’ve been on hold ever since!
WHAT IS GOING ON?
i’ve even tried to disconnect from you and call back but the phone WONT DISCONNECT?

Agree with emailing them. They are really speedy in taking care of issues

@Wricardos It's a bad day for them.. I called CS and was told they'd call me back, which they did. But when they called me back, message said "connecting," but no one was ever there.
