Please help in getting orders shipped . Orders are already passed EDT dates and still in process,what is the real problem? Heard from QVC rep reason is warehouse shipping problems, but this is not the customers fault. Customers should have option to cancel orders if QVC cannot ship and deliver timely, but QVC does not offer their customers that option, very frustrating!

One thing I ordered on the 11th, didn't even ship till the 16th. It's still several states away. I could've ordered the same item for a few dollars more from another site and had it last week.
I agree - it's getting ridiculous and nothing is being done about it. I'd never order anything I needed quickly from QVC.
