My Jai bracelet has gone missing. Shipped on March 7

Still no sign of it...the tracking says EDD March 11.   Can someone follow up on this.  Thanks

I did a missing package inquiry with the post office last week on an item shipped Feb. 27th.  It was transported to but not accepted by my local P.O..  Melvin had ordered a replacement for me.  Low and behold yesterday it showed up undamaged in a UPS envelope.  They must have destroyed the original packaging.  I wonder what they would have done with it if I hadn't done the inquiry?
