I recently ordered the 3 pair of Cuddle Dud critter socks.  I received instead, the buffalo check socks.  Looking at the reviews, there was apparently a big mix up with the Cuddle Dud socks and many people received the Buffalo check instead of the Critters, so I didn't feel terrible about returning the order. 

I was concerned that I would be charged the $6.95 return postage, even though the error was made by QVC. 

I did an online chat with a customer representative named Tammy who assured me that because it was a mistake on their part, I would not have the $6.95 deducted from my return.  I will be watching my return, but I feel better having  chatted with her.

I had an issue last Christmas with the correct size not fitting DH.  Probably with both Cuddl Duds and Muk Luks.  What happened was I ended up with a lot of cabin socks, no way was I sending them all back.
