I have had problems over the last few years getting the correct amount credited back to me for returned purchases. I have had several instances where I am not credited the proper amount. I call customer service and they always do correct it, however, if I didn't call I would be not have been credited. Now, I check every returned item to make certain I have been credited correctly. I have always trusted QVC, however, not any more. This is no way to run a reputable business. I do realize that occasionally these things happen, however, it should never happen as often as it does. Please...always check to see if you have been credited correctly.

Forget calling them; I find the Live Chat to be much more effective. Have had all my issues resolved doing it that way.
