I have been trying to get a credit taken care of with no resolve thru phone system.

The item in question is

Item number:K50509

Keurig K-Supreme Coffee Maker with 48 K-Cups and My K-Cup

Can I please have someone contact me to correct the credit?

Thank You.

Ya know, @Kachina624   You are the second one who said that but I use it all the time!

I do see that the mod posted a different email address to the OP but mine has always worked fine.

I used it just last night when I received a smashed item and Wayne answered me within minutes.

I use it often and always get a response.

@RespectLife.  Melvin posted the correct address.  Did you post your problem here?

Oh no, @Kachina624

I always email them directly.  I never post threads here.

I just used it again 2x this morning and again, rec'd prompt replies.

I won't post it anymore if it is causing confusion but it totally works.

@Kachina624 I too use the email address that @RespectLife uses and I always receive a reply from the social team. So that email address does work when emailing the social team.

Re: Credit for Return Incorrect

copied and pasted from another thread.....

The email address social.team@qvc.com is for replies regarding service issues that are already being handled by the social team (that is, you'll see it in your "From" line when the team is getting back to you about something), so they informed me once that it is always best to use the QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com email address to make sure new requests are noted and prioritized in the service queue as soon as possible. With the other address, a message may wait for the original service person to see it or may be miscategorized.
