Thank you for calling back in to customer service about your order. The department you were transferred to and left a voicemail will get back to you in 24 hours.

What do i do if i cannot answer it at the time they call though? Do i then have to call them back and leave another voicemail?

Are you pressing "0" when the system picks up your call? I have never had a problem getting connected to Customer Service when I have called that number. Good luck!

Yes i am pressing "0" after i call them. They always transfer me to another person, then i get transfered to a recording telling me to leave my phone # order # and name. I just want to speak to someone about why its having issues.
