1.Live Chat NEVER works!
2. Cancelling an item not allowed...says ‘too far along in processing’ but then item doesn’t ship for another week!
3.Exchanging is impossible. I’m always refunded(minus s&h), and when I look online, the item I wanted IS in stock!
4.Customer Service, packaging, shipping, returning/exchanging, all on the decline.
5.i am ordering less and less.
Just had to vent.

#2 is why I've ordered a lot less from QVC.  I got to really, really want it because I know it can't be cancelled and shipping with returns is too expensive.

You are absolutley right. And the flex pay ins't so enticing and not worth it.

Let's top that off with giving new customers free shipping for 3 1/2 month when we have put up with all these issues for years.
