Two hous is not too long for a non-emergent problem.  I am sure the "mods" don't spend all day hovering on the boards.  They probably have other duties as well as moderating.

Several of us did that and it still took over TWO HOURS!

Maybe it took the mods that long to surmise what the actual problem was?

When I looked at the first page on community chat this morning, I knew right away happened.
