When returning something that is not defective, the original mailing cost and return mailing is deducted, but why is tax also deducted?  If an item is returned, the cost of the item and the tax on that item should be refunded.

Most states tax shipping & handling.  That took place in spite of you returning the item.

@Kachina624   Right, but I wasn't refunded the tax on the item, so will call customer service.

Hi @mousiegirl

Normally you would only have the original shipping and handling as well as the return label fee deducted from your return.  If there is a particular order you would like us to check on for you, please send us an email at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
