I keep receiving emails from QVC and they say that I can enter this.... code for purchases.

I did try to purchase something today, add the item to my basket and I see no where a place where to add the "code"

What do I do wrong?

In the past I have started an on line chat for them to correct.  Not sure why there system doesn't work.  I had the same problem with Macy's and finally gave up.

the code box is on the final order page.

it says "ADD PROMO CODE."

it is under the column of order summary, towards the right hand side of the final checkout page and towards the bottom. do not use speed buy.

if you have problems, contact customer service at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com. they can often add the dollar credit to your qvc account so you can use it at checkout.
