Status: BACKORDER

This order which is sent on AD to a senior in FL went into "Process" Monday, then last night popped up with a "Backorder" notice.  What does this mean and why? What if any delay? If you need an order# let me know.....

@Anonymous  Alice, sorry but out of annoyance and an unacceptable excuse by vendor for this situation on AD, I cancelled the remainder of the AD and probably will not use Stuffin Gourmet again, how unfortunate for they have good products; if they cannot meet the order request they should not offer AD. 

Then, also yesterday, after having a return/exchange "refunded" and charged shipping rather than exchanged for an item I was told via email was out is stock but indeed was and is still in stock, I will be thinking also very carefully about future orders.  I spoke with CS and was irate over this continuing foolishness. The incompetence is escalating and none of us should have to be accepting of these kind of services; many of us have been customers for up to 30 years......many "need" the convenience and it is sorely slipping.  The "sorries" are getting tiresome....
