@cosetfiller I'm sorry that Chat is not working. Please try closing and restarting your browser or try a different internet browser and clearing the cookies in your browser. If that does not work, please take screenshots of the issue and email them to  QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com then we can take further action with our IT team
