I know there are varying opinions of QVC customer service, but I have to say they have some of the best. I've never had a problem contacting the social team or customer service and receiving help. They try very hard to help the customer, and this is over the many years I have shopped here.
I'm experiencing the exact opposite with Lilly Pulitzer.com. I received an order a couple of days ago and it was missing an item to the tune of $118. I have called, just get a recording and then a hangup, the Chat function says no one is available to chat. The only option is sending an email, which I did, all with no response. I love their clothes and buy alot, but this may be the end of it for me.
I'm only mentioning my experience there to contrast with QVC customer service. Despite all the changes at the company over the years, their customer service has remained a positive. So, thank you QVC!
