I had a post in another title and it was suggested I come here.  Please help me.  I ordered a Charlie Bear the day it was on air and it was in stock and ordered just fine.  Today I received a call from Customer Service saying my order would not be filled because the bear is out of stock.  I went online to look at the bear and it says it is in stock so I called CS again and this girl said since it doesn't say sold out and my order doesn't say cancelled, it will probably ship. She said not to worry.  What is going on?  I checked some other Charlie bears and they all say in stock.  Will I get my bear or not?

Sounds pretty sketchy to me, like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

 

I sure hope you get an answer and your bear makes it to you Smiley Happy

If You live in Ohio or MA they wont ship it due to shipping restrictions, I have been trying to find a way to get one all week and looking into what the problem is.  I have had no luck.
