Is there a trick to changing the scent of an auto-delivery?

I ordered two the First Aid Beauty TSV’s in October (two separate orders), and I noticed I’m due for auto shipments next month. I would like to change the scent of one of the shipments, as mentioned in the presentation as an option, but whether on the website or app I get the same pop-up. If it can’t be changed, that’s fine. I was just curious if I could. I would like to change the vanilla to original.

@Ane1Care   If there's a way to change an auto delivery, I can't figure it out.  I always try then give up and call CS.

There never used to be a way to change scents online--you had to call customer service. If that's changed recently, I don't know about it.

Also, some brands allow for changes, others do not.  I don't know specifically about the First Aid TSV.  I'd call customer service and ask about it.

I would like the change the warm vanilla to original. The last three digits of the order are 599. Thank you so much.
