Try emailing the qvcsocialteam@qvc.com they are quick to respond and are the best customer service team

So true, I haven't called CS since the Q blessed us with the Social Team!

 

Best thing they ever did for us forum posters, IMO!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
