I'm so sorry to see that many people are having this problem! I have had issues in the past and know it can be frustrating. However, my QVC app for Roku has been and is currently working just fine. Hope everything is resolved soon for others...

Hello, our IT tech team has asked the following because they are tracking the information so anyone that may still be having issues with QVC and Roku. We submitted the inquiry here and they are asking if anyone is still having issues can you share the Roku device/model and the operating system they're on.  That can all be found under: Settings à System à About.  Having this info would be really helpful. Tonight, the app is also not working on my Roku 4 (v9.2); the app menus will load and everything is "clickable," but as soon as a live stream/feed is selected, you can hear someone say about two words with no picture (a black screen briefly appears) and then the app exits and returns you to the Roku homepage.
