That's  not a wow review but not really bad either.  Above average. That review option is on every item I've checked from my order status page.

@Caaareful Shopper - FWIW, I went to the item page for that Laura Geller set using Chrome on a desktop computer, and when I scrolled down to the review area, the "five star" section you can click to write a review appeared for about a second and then disappeared. I disabled my ad blocker in case it was hiding that section, but when the page reloaded, the exact same thing happened. Very odd—but who is surprised about programming issues on this website anymore?  Smiley Wink

@loriqvc  It's crazy.  I did the same thing but still no Review section for this and some other items.  Others items are fine though.  Oh well.  Thank you for letting me know your experience with it!

@Caaareful Shopper - Good luck! Over the past few months, I've found it much easier to submit reviews by going through the "Order Status" page as described earlier in this thread, and it is seeming like that may now be the only way to submit a review for some people. I was always curious about why the review process was different if you used that method vs clicking through the item page, but perhaps the latter method is now on its way out? I guess time will tell.

@loriqvc For me, the same items that I've ordered that have no Review section on its item page, also have no Review Item option on my Order Page either.  It's gone in both instances -- like that Laura Geller item for me.  Oh well.  Not the end of the world, just curiouser & curiouser...

@Caaareful Shopper - Out of curiosity, are the items that are missing the review button on your "Order Status" page things you've purchased recently? I have noticed that the review button doesn't appear until the system recognizes that the item has been delivered (typically about a week later). For example, I just checked, and although I've ordered about a dozen items since then with all the free shipping events, my most recent item that has a review button associated with it is for something I purchased on 10/10.

@loriqvc   Only one that I've purchased.  Others I have not purchased, just window shopping -- there seems to be no rhyme or reason as of yet.

Review item option is not on some items. I tried to post review on another item I purchased from Valerie and also spoke about another Valerie item along with that Sam’s review. Both items I did purchase. I said they were beautiful gave them 5 stars. And qvc emailed to say they will not post my review. What is happening??????
