Can't Change Shipping Address

There is NO Edit available to change a shipping address from my current mailing address to my sister's address. . .another state etc.     I want to send her an item, and that is impossible. I have done this many many times in the past, and now with Free Shipping available today, I cannot use the feature.  Tried to call Customer Service and *they* are all busy.     What did you do with the Edit Button?

@JoePE.  Did you try ADDING an additional address, not changing yours?
