Our marketing division has run a check on the email that you use on your account and apparently there was a block placed on your account. They have requested removal of the block and it normally takes about 6 to 7 days for the emails to start up again. Neither the Q or yourself put this block on - it has something to do with the servers and pathways used by different email groups.

I am having the same problem. All emails have stopped...order confirmations, shipping alerts, everything. I’ve gone into my account and am still subscribed to receive emails but none are coming through from QVC....from everyone else but not QVC. No, they are not in my Ipad’s “Trash” or anywhere else. What is even more frustrating is that I need a receipt emailed to me for warranty purposes. I am supposed to forward it to the vendor, who has been waiting on it for several days now. Three calls to Customer Service for that receipt and still no receipt. Not CS fault. Something is obviously blocked but its not on my end. Can someone help me out here??

I have also stopped received order confirmation emails, shipping emails and return emails. How do I fix this?

I have checked your account and it appears that all of the subscribe to your email preferences have been unchecked. Put them all back on so please watch for emails over the next week or so and let me know if that fixes the problem.

On my end the boxes are all checked. Don't know why they don't appear that way to you. Could you check the boxes for me on your end? I just want to received order confirmatiions, shipment notifications and return notifications.

First of all, welcome to the forums!
Second of all, don't hold your breath for all of the emails you used to receive.
Mine stopped over a year ago and the Social Team has checked my preferences/ account more than once and I 'should' be receiving them, they would report the problem to the IT team.
And that was it, nothing changed. I still only get TSV, order confirmation and 'shipped' emails, that's it.
Heck, today I didn't even get the TSV email until 2:52 pm EST. and depending on the TSV, it could be sold out by then.
But yep, we (the QVC customers) really needed a new cart/checkout page (when there was no problem with the 'old' one, as far as I've read), instead of QVC concentrating on trying to correct the many problems that exist on their website, order processing times, shipping times and return/exchange times.
At this point I seriously question the security of their site, if they can't even get some of these issues corrected, some as minor as not getting emails.
I mean, how hard can it be to send out emails en-masse, regardless of the email provider or the device used??
It's far from rocket science, but it shows where QVC's interests now lies....and it's NOT with their customer's satisfaction, IMO.
