CS - Please help!

I purchased a Josie Maren Brow Pencil as one of the options that was offered with the recent "charity/benefit" where 80% of the purhcase price went to the charity (related to cancer, I think). We were told we'd also receive the gift bag of items with any purchase. I just received the Brow Pencil, but did not receive a gift bag! I made this order early - so I would be sure to receive a gift bag! The gift bag was the ONLY reason that I made this purchase! Can you please help me????????
