CS Please Help With My Exchange Requests

Hello I sent back 2 denim & co. tops for exchanges due to sizing and color....I notice today they were processed as returns.  I checked stock before sending them back and again today and what I asked for is and was in stock.  Can you please fix this for me??

 

A284527....need XS Natural color

 

A299214.....need XS Rose Brown color

Good morning @tsavorite thank you for posting in our Community forums, also, thank you for your recent orders. I was able to check on these exchanges and they are processing successfully, I do see both are exchanging for your choices mentioned. ~Kim
