Yay, I received $28 on two price adjustments today.  Ladies, make sure you check on your orders for lower prices.

 

Took just a couple minutes with Customer Service.

 

Dont remember exactly what I saved last month on price adjustments but it was on 4 or 5 items and quite a good amount of refunds.

@weezer111    It's very easy to do a live chat with someone. I find this is very easy for me to maneuver, talk about what I need to discuss and get instant results.
