@weezer111.  You can't contact CS  through the boards.  Use either online help or contact the mods by email at qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.   Ask for a price adjustment  if your purchase was within 30 days and include the order #

I USUALLY CALL BUT THEY NEVER SEEM TO ANSWER ON AN EASY PAY EVENT WEEKEND.

  • @weezer111   Customer Service answered quickly an hour ago when I called for a price adjustment.  No problem.  Just call 888-345-5788.  I don't wait and listen for the prompts, just push 0 and you are soon connected with a helpful customer service representative.  Yes, even on the weekend since it is Saturday and my call was promptly answered and issue resolved.

@weezer111  As Kachina mentioned in her post to you, the QVC moderators here on this board are beyond helpful and will get your problem taken care of quickly.  Again, here is where you contact them via email  qvcsocialteam@qvc.com  You can check back here as well because they keep a close eye on this board and will often post to you here.

@weezer111  I just hung up from talking with CS and they handled two AD problems I have been having. My issues were convoluted but "Bob" dug into them and found a solution and was extremely courteous throughout the process.
