The company went out of business at the end of may.. There's a recall for fire/ laceration hazards and yet you're selling them today ? That seems irresponsible at best. Maybe QVC should pull them from inventory so nobody wastes their money or hurts themselves. ( If I'm wrong about any of this I apologize in advance.)

Out of curiousity I checked this item. I know nothing about it but poor reviews.  With so many items QVC could sell that never make it on air, why feature a questionable, at best, item????

@Ilene123 @kaydee50

We have 4 of the BlendJets and have had no issues. My husband absolutely loves his. QVC is selling them at a great price.

On that note, I don't think it's unusual for a business to sell an item even if the brand is no longer in business. They need to get rid of their stock. QVC is offering it at a great price. They also will allow the 30-day return policy so even though the BlendJet is out of business, you can still return.

And, the recall is only for blenders that have serial numbers where the first four digits range from 5201 to 5542. They did not have recalls for the others. I would assume QVC destroyed the recalled inventory.

the optics of selling this brand are not good

Whether or not the ones they have left are not part of the recall

DH bought me one of these for Christmas 2 years ago.  It had a bad part and they were supposed to send a new part.  He has beeh e-mailing them quite a few times since then and so far -- no part!  I told him - we might as well just throw the thing in the trash!  For a good while, they advertised on t.v. constantly.  I am disgusted by this!  And this item should no longer be sold!!!!

My grandkids each have one from a few years ago and have had no issues.

Thanks for this info @cjm61 . Thanks to you I know that I am "all good". I have also had no problems with the 2 that I use.

wish I had read your message before sending mine.   I was just curious if anyone had their recall/replacement satisfied.  Now I have my answer.  More room in my cabinet now.
