Cannot Update Credit Card for EZ Pays!

I am maxed out on one of my credit cards for EZ pay, and I cannot change it to another credit card. This seems to happen every few months.

@stellabystarlight - For some reason, years ago, I thought I was told you have to contact CS to have a rep change it.

Can you just enter a new additional card and make it the default?

@stellabystarlight  Is it showing past due on your easy pays? If so, you need to contact customer service and give them the new information. Have you added this account to your credit card information?

Thank you all for your suggestions.  I called customer service and the new card had gone through.  Problem solved.
