Big Compliment!!

Thank you, QVC Social Team and CS, for your great help.  

I recently placed 2 orders,and, obviously, I wasn't paying enough attention to the shipping address. On both orders, it defaulted, to an old address, which, I knew I needed to remove, but, just hadn't gotten around to it (lazy) 🤔

 

One order was already in shipping, address couldn't be changed, but, a replacement was shipped to correct address, and is expected Friday! 

The other order, hadn't gone to shipping, yet, and I called CS, got thru, with minimal holding, and they were able to change the address! 

Both of these errors, were totally on me, and I so appreciate, the prompt, friendly, efficient help.

@SuhseK  Cudos to the Q for resolving your current issues!!!!!!!  There is apparently still some Q uality to the QVC team/network.
