I'm a happy customer too. When I read all the horror stories from the other ladies about their shipping experiences, I am appalled. I don't know if I'm just lucky, or if it depends on what part of the country  you're in. I live just outside of Pittsburgh, and I have never had a problem. Since I said it out loud, I probably will now. LOL
