Its ridiculous how this company cant take the initiative too contact the vendors for their customers or at least give us information too contact the vendor's ourselves. I'm just seeing this has been happening way before the covid-19.
It has to be some way for the company to contact the vendor that they are using for these products that we are spending our money on.
How does an order process take weeks days months and all you can say is there's a delay because of covid-19 which is a lie because this has been going on before the virus. So yes I will be reporting this company to the BBB for further investigation if I do not receive detail information by on my order this week. Customers need more information than just there is a delay we should have extensive information as to where why it's a delay?, how are y'all doing to fix the issue? Hopefully I will hear something by the end of this week Friday I will be following up with several of others that had the same issues and also get them to report these issues to the BBB, thank you.

There are many other places to buy merchandise.  Perhaps you should use one of them.  By the way, the BBB is not an enforcement agency.

@Kaysm All of your posts are complaining. The BBB could not care less about a shopping channel and has NO POWER to enforce anything.

 

Chill out and shop somewhere else. Give other vendors the joy of dealing with your complaints!

@tobes    Are you referring to the Consumer Protection Division of each state's Attorney General's Office?  Complaints might be more appropriately filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

 

There may be transportation problems with shipments prioritized by importance, with medical supplies trumping video games.  I could understand that.

Most of yall probably know someone who work with company or it's a frequent customer. THE MAIN POINT IS ITS A RUN AROUND WITH SHIPPING BEFORE COVID-19. Doesn't matter provide better Service, if it was VICE VERSA ANYONE WOULD FEEL THE SAME. NO INFO BUT PROCESSING

@Kachina624 Yes the State Consumer Protection Agency which can be reported on line.  I have done this in the past and have been on the other side as well when I was a claims adjuster.  I think it all depends on the value of your state's agency.  I once complained about a extra charge from AT&T on my bill which I  had never seen before and after having no luck with AT&T.  My state's consumer protection agency dealt successfully with AT&T telling me that even the commissioner of consumer protection doesn't understand his bill.  True story.  The FTC is another option that can be successful.  By the way, I do not use on-line shopping exclusively with QVC and have not experienced unusually slow shipments nor slow refunds from other vendors such as Walmart, Target, Nortstrom, J.Jill, etc.  Havn't ordered much from QVC  lately so I really do not have bad experience with the Q other than their website can be difficult at times.
