Can you please look into order #5362492667 for me?  There is a tracking number associated with the order, but it stills says preparing to ship and dated 3/24/20.  I called customer service about this a couple of weeks ago and was told they would ship out a new item that day and I would recieve it by April 11th at the latest.  When I still didn't recieve it, I sent CS an email two days ago.  I recieved the canned "we are very busy" email in reply, but nothing since..

 

Today is April 15th.  This item is on my credit card and payment is due.  At this point since the item clearly has not shipped yet, I would like a credit issued today so that I do not have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

 

I know you are short staffed and I also know this is not ther normal customer service I've recieved in the past from QVC.  I do appreciate the work all of you are doing,  I really don't want to have to go through my credit card company to solve this.....Please Help!!!!!

Hi @Travone I am so sorry that happened. I have issued a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 working days for the refund to process. Again please let me apologize for you not receiving the watch.

I am in the same predicament. My order 5368239158 order March 30th, still has not arrived. My only recourse is contacting Visa. I have no success with CS other than a busy signal. I have been charged and no product to show for it.
