Cancelled an item that I want. Having a bad day!
Order status says attempting cancellation... can I get it back?

Is this for the Luminara window candles? One order states cancellaltion in progress and you have another one on a check hold?

Yes she did that so I would not lose the item. Would like to keep the original if I could please.

I am sorry but I cannot stop the cancellation; however it often does not take. I will monitor this and update you as soon as I have further information.
