Is there any way we can connect off line regarding a situation/concern with an item purchased? Spoke to customer service but the gentleman wasn't really sure what to do; he was great but unsure.

@Beth-QVC Thank you for all your help. Spoke with someone, gave her all the details. She was very apologetic, very concerned; hopefully they will reach out to the vendor regarding the issue. Once again, a great job done by all!
