Beauty with Benefits - No gift box

I ordered the Skinfix Antioxident Eye Treatment which was - and still is - listed as one of the products to get the gift with purchase.

The Eye treatment was delivered days ago - no gift box. Can you help? I called Customer Service and the woman claimed not to know anything about it.

Hi @Isobel Archer I am so sorry, I can see why our Customer Service had no knowledge of the gift, it is not listed as an offer in the Customer Service portal. I do see it on the website and I am having it researched.

Hi @Isobel Archer I heard back from our Product Information team and the gift is offered while supplies last, however it is shipped separetely from a different warehouse. If you do not receive it by the beginning of next week please let us know.

@Anonymous I have not received it and I see that people are now posting that Customer Service is telling them you are out of GWPs. Is that correct? Am I NOT going to get one?

Hi @Isobel Archer I am so sorry, our Gift with Purchases are now officially sold out. Yours may have been shipped before the stock was depleted. I do not have any way to know if it was shipped because the Gift with Purchases were not listed on orders. I apologize for any disappointment this may cause. Remember by shopping our Beauty with Benefits products, a minimum of 70% of your purchase price still benefits Cancer and Careers!

Well if you were sold out of the GWP on May 7 (when I purchased my item), I guess a lot of people will be disappointed that you kept advertizing that they could get a GWP. It would have been more honest to stop posting the GWP once you knew it was gone and simply highlight the donation to cancer.

@Isobel Archer I do hope you get your box. The communications regarding this have been very confusing.

I ordered an eliglible item through HSN, and both the product and the gift box arrived together. I liked it so much, I almost considered making another purchase through QVC.

yes, we know this is a fundraiser, but I take part in many fundraisers and always receive the expected freebies as a result.

@Anonymous Perhaps you can explain why I ordered on May 7 (shipped 5/11) and am now being told the GWPs are sold out and that's why I'm not getting one.

Guess I've already gotten all the answers I'm going to get - we don't know anything about a GWP/you'll probably get one, but I have no way of knowing or tracking/oh gee they are sold out now - so sorry - but hey you donated to cancer so you really shouldn't be complaining. Wow, I am overwhelmed by such great service.
