Ordered shoes as TSV May 23rd.  They were not on backorder or waitlist at the time.  Need both pairs for one person as they wear two sizes.  One is on backorder and one is in process.  I don't understand this at all.  I guess I should cancel both as I don't need one pair without the other.  This has been a week already.

Now I have received notification that the order can't be filled.  I was told one pair will not be shipped.  I went to the site to cancel both and it won't let me stating they are in process.  How do I cancel or is there now an update?

@toril  I have taken a look at the order, I am unable to cancel the pair that is "in process" Also no inventory is available to fill the backorder, I am sorry!
