What does awaiting carrier pickup really mean? I have 2 orders listed as "awaiting carrioer pickup," but I have already received an order that was placed at a later date? Can I cancel the orders? Will I ever receive the orders?

It probably means a label has been generated and it is sitting in a palette waiting to be shipped

I have gotten the feeling that it is waiting for some cheap third party shipper to come haul it to UPS or USPS or wherever.  Like it can sit for a week or two until they decide to swing by and load it, making it cheaper.

Like the other 2 replies. It's sitting waiting until they have a full load to be picked up?

HSN needs to show QVC how to run their shipping, returns & refund departments?

They don't seem to have any problems?

Been a Q customer for 38 years.

I've posted LESS THAN 100 comments in 15 years  on these boards.

But in the last week, I've posted MORE than ever before.

WHY?

Because ORDERS seem to be processing for a long time and NOT shipping.

Seems like most of the complaints are about delays with processing orders and shipping times.

Never seen anything like it.

And yes, I know the Ontario California warehouse had some issues; but how does that account for so many problems? Q has more than one warehouse.

I don't think management of any sort pays attention to these boards anymore...they used to many years ago.

It's a different time now.

Thank you. I will be ordering anything from QVC until I receive my 2 orders.

 I just ordered from Life is Good, says my order was shipped, but it says on usps site awaiting carrier pick up. As soon as they create a label and tracking number you get an email it has shipped when maybe it hasn't actually left the warehouse yet.

I have NEVER had an order sit for a lengthy time 'Awaiting Carrier Pick up' as another poster suggested.

It is picked up usually the next business day.  I watch so I know.

I think we all know QVC is not the fastest in processing and shipping, but when it is bagged and the label made....it is out the door very soon.
