saying my order should arrive on May 7th, and now I look and UPS hasn't even picked it up yet?
This is not good customer service QVC........Stop sending emails unless you know for sure the order has been picked up!!!!
I lso had a bad experience with my Victoria Jackson foundation order, I ordered the qrong shade, sent it back and was told my new shade was being shipped right out, after ten days I called back to find out it is now on waitlist as it wasn't shipped right out when it should have been.
I asked to cancel, and was told I couldn't cancel, I would have to wait until I received it and then send it back-Poor Customer Service QVC!!!
This is the 1st time that I have had problems with customer service with QVC. You need to get this fixed!!!

I have never received an email that says Guaranteed Delivery Date.
Always Estimated.

@We rescue cats No I received it on May 5th and it said you can expect your order on May 7th. Now when I look it sasy, UPS hasn't even picked it up yet....very frustrating

I have a feeling that those e-mails (expect delivery) are an automatic thingie.

I'm sorry, that's what I mean! It is estimated....so it isn't promised or guaranteed by any certain date.
You said your order hadn't even shipped by the ESTIMATED delivery date.
Delivery by a certain date isn't a sure thing.
It is kinda well known that QVC is NOT a fast shipper.
