Re: Avatar Uploading Problem

[ Edited ]

Thank you @dooBdoo.  I can get through Step 2.  After I add the image there isn't an "Edit" with "Image Options" beside it.  Is there another step that you possibly left out to get to that point?  I have tried to do it several ways and can't get there.  I can get to "Add Images" with "Album Options" beside it but can't get to "Edit" with "Image Options" beside it.

            You're welcome, @NickNack!   I omitted the steps to add an image because I thought the post would be too long (and I was thinking those steps might be known, already).   I'll be glad to get some screen shots and add them if that would help, but the steps will look a little different for each of us depending on our devices and there will be a lot of screen shots.

           As a quick answer:

1 -- You won't see "Image Options" until you've added the new image.

2 -- To add an image you have to tap/click on the words "ADD IMAGES" in red.

3 -- Then, follow all the steps (Choose File, select the source, select the image, choose the album, and then tap/click SAVE).

4 -- Then, after the image is saved, you'll see the "Image Options" feature above the new picture you just saved.

Thank you @dooBdoo!  I had added the photo when I asked the question.  I went back and did all the steps again and was able to do it this time.  I was taking an extra step and missing it..  Thank you so much!

@Anonymous I wanted to make sure you saw this.  Thank you for your help too.

Hey Doobs!Heart

I followed your instructions to add a new photo and it worked!

Thank you so much!

Re: Avatar Uploading Problem

@dooBdoo

One more question, when I add photos, the default album is 'hidden' and I have to use the drop down menu to choose 'public' or 'profile' albums.

Can the default be changed from 'hidden' to one of the others?

            Hi, @KingstonsMom!   You're welcome!  I'm so, so happy you found the instructions useful!    Your sweet pup looks so lovable!    As far as the default album choice goes, I always see "hidden" first.   I haven't found a way to change that, but perhaps someone else has.    Thanks for the update!
